Sales Representative

This role is accountable for driving sales through optimal distribution and physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations.
**You will also be responsible** for driving the quality of displays, delivering excellent execution in line with perfect store ambitions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver incremental business and category growth.
**What are we looking for?**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated natural ability to build strong and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness, selling and negotiation skills with a demonstrated drive for results and passion for sales
- Proven track record for delivering results and comfortable operating in a KPI driven environment
- Driven, self-reliant and resilient. Ability to respond and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and determine necessary sequence of activities, adjusting them where appropriate
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from a mix of data sources
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Ensure delivery against KPI set within Territory: NSV (Sales) & Share Growth, Coverage Targets, Secondary Display & Perfect Store
- Develop strong relationships with key customers & leverage these relationships to drive growth
- Drive quality & breadth of displays (both temporary & permanent) in line with Perfect Store Standards across territory
- Analyse territory Sales Data to identify opportunities in store & leverage to drive incremental sales growth
- Develop an understanding of Category and Shopper principles and be able to use this knowledge effectively in customer interactions to drive mutual growth.
