Exciting opportunity to provide administration support to a State Government department located in East Perth

**Your new company**

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration/ Project officer to join an established Assets team in a large State Government department, based in East Perth. We are looking for a good all-rounder with fantastic customer service, organisation and admin skills to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis. To start immediately.

**Your new role**
- Building Service Requests progressing
- Work Health and Safety matters
- Car park requests
- Cleaning matters (supervision)
- Assist other areas of the branch, where required
- Ordering of supplies / stationery
- Processing invoices
- Security Access cards

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, within Government would be beneficial
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and data entry
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
