Join an esteemed non-profit aged care provider as a Clinical Care Manager of their 40-bed aged care facility in Geelong. This is a 7-month maternity leave contract position, providing an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and make a positive impact on the lives of all residents.

As the Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of our aged care facility in Geelong, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional resident outcomes. Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

**Shift times**:Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:15 pm (with some flexibility)

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 40-bed Aged Care facility in Geelong, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Clinical leadership experience is strongly desired
- Registered Nursing qualification
