Home and Garden Direct is the Gardening and Home Maintenance division of Direct Care Australia. Direct Care Australia is a NDIS registered provider and Home Care Package Provider who support NDIS participants, Aged Care participants and private customers each week in their domestic gardening, cleaning, and household needs.

We're branching out and you can be part of our growth story. Our Gardening & Home Maintenance Service is digging deeper roots across Adelaide, and we need hands-on, green-thumbed heroes to help our community blossom.

If you've got a knack for neat hedges and a passion for patchwork lawns, we're looking for you. Let's turn over a new leaf in your career with a part-time contract offering a minimum of 20 hours a week.

Ready to sow the seeds of your new career? We will also supply you with some of the essential tools of the trade including a Ute, lawn mower, whipper snipper, blower vac, pruner and hedger.

Our goals are to Provide quality service in the delivery of gardening and minor home maintenance services to allocated customers. As a highly visible representative of the organization, the Gardener/Handyperson enhances Direct Care Australia's reputation as a provider of choice through their commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Essential Criteria**
- Current Driver's License and the ability to travel.
- NDIS Worker Check (or willing to acquire)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working at Heights
- A positive and friendly attitude

Also MUST have the following:

- Ability to provide person-centred and consumer-directed care
- Availability to work across 5 days
- Excellent written and spoken language skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
