Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for a New Home Sales Assistant to join our team at our World of Homes at Rochedale. We are offering one casual role - You will work every Sunday from 9.45am - 5.15pm with the occasional week day coverage.

**About Your New Career**

During this exciting time in our customers’ building journey, you will play an integral role for them during the initial stages of this exciting and memorable experience. This will look a little like:

- Welcoming our customers into our new home displays and experience centres
- Understanding their needs and providing them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes
- Helping our award-winning designs shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites
- Keeping our product information and databases up to date to enable a great experience for our customers and Sales team
- Getting in touch with our customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to our team

**About You**

You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic and engaging service.

You are confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone. You value the importance of building meaningful relationships with your peers and our customers. With your positive attitude, you love kicking goals with your team and having a bit of fun while you’re at it
