**The Opportunity**

The full time **Accounts Payable Officer** will be responsible for ensuring creditors receive accurate and timely payments in accordance with company and statutory regulations and based at our head office in Eagle Farm.

Reporting to the Group AP/AR Manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Receive, review and prepare vendor invoices in readiness for processing
- Match invoices to goods/service receipts and process and investigate any variances
- Input all relevant invoice details into ERP, ready for payment including reconciliation of GST amounts
- Prioritise and match invoices for weekly payment run
- Prepare weekly payment runs, including preparation of bank EFT and BPAY files
- Post all relevant transactions and journals including intercompany account transfers, in the relevant company’s ledger
- Reconcile vendor account balances in the ledger to vendor statements where available
- Assist vendors with queries in relation to invoices and payments
- Maintenance of vendor master data
- Provide friendly and efficient support services to the various business units and teams within the business
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, environment and welfare of our people and animals
- Carry out any other reasonable and lawful directions that may be given from time to time by the company

SunPork has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team that is dedicated to producing high quality, sustainable welfare-optimal products. As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have:

- Minimum 3 years prior experience in a high-volume, full function role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Ability to demonstrate strong organisational/time management skills
- ERP experience - AX Dynamics or Microsoft D365 would be an advantage
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety, environment and welfare of our people and animals
