**About the Role**:
The ICT Talent and Development Lead plays a crucial role in Department for Education's Service Delivery division within the ICT Services Directorate. The Lead oversees a wide range of recruitment and training activities to ensure the division attracts, retains and develops skilled professionals_._

The Lead identifies training needs within the ICT division and develops appropriate programs. Organising and scheduling training sessions and seminars, while also evaluating the effectiveness of these programs and making necessary adjustments.

The Lead will strategically evaluate future recruitment and training needs and forecast accordingly ensuring continuity of service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**: Nil

**Desirable**: A tertiary qualification in training, human resource management or equivalent experience.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
