We are a successful Western Sydney Club with 2 venues that pride ourselves on delivering outstanding functions and events.

We are looking for a Functions & Events Team Leader that can work independently for our busy function & events department.

Working, within a wider team you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Provide efficient, friendly & professional F&B service to all guests.
- Function bar sets as needed.
- Ensure all regulations & procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Lead a function team that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensure all function rooms are left clean & tidy. Reset as needed.
- Oversee the function or event from start to completion.
- Provide support with the Functions Team & Duty Managers.

Ideally you will need the following:

- Willingness to work most Friday & Saturday nights
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive, innovative and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- RSA & RCG
- Experience with tray service preferred

This position is ideal for a professional, dynamic and customer focused individual.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.15 - $49.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
