**The Core Mission** As our Data Migration Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in merging data, navigating the intricate landscapes of MSQL, MySQL, and PostGres, mapping and loading this into the D365 world.

- ** Technical Mastery**:

- Showcase your expertise in MSQL, MySQL, and PostGres for seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft robust data migration strategies.
- ** Data Governance and Strategy**:

- Design and implement comprehensive rule sets, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our migrated data.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies, staying ahead of industry standards and evolving technologies.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to C-level executives.
- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly, aligning data migration with our business objectives.
- ** Cloud Expertise**:

- Navigate our Microsoft-centric environment, utilising Azure for seamless data management.
- Oversee the smooth decommissioning of the AWS environment, ensuring a seamless transition for all data-related processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Extensive experience in the Data Transformation / mapping and loading into the Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
- Expertise in ETL Tools such as Kingswaysoft, SSIS, Azure Data Factory etc
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and the ability to implement and oversee effective rule sets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate decisions to diverse datasets and clients.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem.

**Rewards for Your Expertise** Salary/Benefits: $120,000 - $140,000 + Super
