The Opportunity:
Due to a recent acquisition and integration, Dexus’ Group Sustainability team is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sustainability professional to join our close-knit and high performing team, as a Sustainability Associate over a 4-month Fixed Term Contract. In this truly rare opportunity, you will find yourself working with passionate and seasoned leaders who are here to make a real impact and drive change

The role:
Reporting into the General Manager - Operational and Environmental Sustainability, the Sustainability Associate will support in the coordination of reporting and data packs, as well as analysis conducted by our Environmental Sustainability team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Supplier Spend Analysis- Report preparation and due diligence- Preparation of community investment analysis- Environmental dataset support- Social sustainability program coordination / support such as ad hoc activity support for the Dexus Reconciliation Action Program

About you:
This role will suit a proactive, agile and curious individual with a strong foundational knowledge in sustainability reporting standards and ideally, prior experience in excel data management. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and showcase the ability to pick up multiple pieces of work, and support/coordinate the delivery of key reporting and analytics internally and externally.
