**How will I help?**
Westpac is always on the lookout for skilled Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers to Join Our Mob. Are you looking for a career that can really make a difference and have an impact in people’s lives?

**We are running an Expression of Interest Fraud Officer and Risk Analyst roles in our Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (FCFP) teams based in Adelaide CBD**
- As the **Fraud Officer **, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers in response to fraud detection system alerts and service customers relating to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- As the **Risk Analyst **, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries raised by our Monitoring Programming tool, branch network and other internal stakeholders within the business. You will be required to gather relevant information and provide recommendations to the relevant business unit.

**What do I need?**
Ideally you will have some customer service experience within a contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for individuals that have great empathy and positive attitude to be able to support and guide our customers in their time of need.
