Star Aviation are Australia's most dedicated ground handler, servicing 19 different airlines across ten airports Australia-wide - we take great pride in being big enough to manage, yet small enough to care.

As a Check-In Officer, you will provide excellent customer service and assist passengers checking in for flights with one of our well-known airline partners. Being the ‘face of the company’ to clients and passengers, your mission will be to delight and bring a smile to the faces of all travellers you serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver check in services on behalf of Star Aviation and its Airline customers
- Compare information on tickets with passenger data to ensure it all matches and is correct
- Check bookings and issue boarding passes
- Educate passengers about airport security protocols and luggage allowances
- Safely direct passengers to the correct gate for their flight
- Represent both the Airline and Star to the highest-level ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure the safe and secure operation of all equipment
- Perform Boarding Gate duties
- Complete Passenger Marshalling duties

Action basic administration duties
- Previous aviation industry check in experience would be ideal, but not a pre-requisite

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $46.00 per hour
