ABOUT US

When we started FISHBOWL in 2016, we wanted to create food that people could enjoy everyday. It needed to be fresh, delicious, healthy and ethically sourced. Everything we serve at FISHBOWL today carries this ethos, that's why we make all of our salads from scratch, build our menu around local produce and have open kitchens in every store. We’ve now opened 30+ stores across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We're here to change fast food and change the culture.

What begins with a beautiful salad is complemented by design-driven spaces, curated music, bold personalities and cultural diversity.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a mixer at FISHBOWL, you’ll be an ambassador of our core values. You will be responsible for personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making beautiful salads from scratch.

We’re a high performing culture and encourage our teams to do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly. We’ll provide you with the training and set a clear career path for you to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
- Make wholesome salads from scratch
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination
- Maintain knowledge of allergen information and demonstrate proper food handling
- Maintain clean and organised kitchen area
- Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
- Greet guests, guide the customers and resolve any guest issues
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for you and your team
