- Readytech is looking for a motivated team player who is interested in joining as a member of the Product team and working on defining the next generation of ReadyTech’s experiences. Join the Ready Justice product team which helps Courts, Tribunals and Legal Agencies manage cases and guide the general public through the judicial system. If you are looking to join a hands-on product management team and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business this is the role for you**You will get to**:

- Work with the product team to deliver a roadmap that fits with the overall product vision and objectives.
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience and support our commercial objectives
- Speak with customers to identify needs, validate ideas and collect product feedback
- Translate those customer needs into product requirements, by developing user stories, specifying acceptance criteria and testing needs.
- Create detailed product requirements of new features while building and maintaining team backlog
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to launch new features, drive adoption and gather needs
- Work with the development team to deliver quality features and with our Product Designers to help translate concepts to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are a team player and thrive when working with and collaborating with others
- You enjoy a past paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same
- You have a high degree and creativity and drive
- You have hands on experience working in an agile product development space
- Knowledge of the judicial system or case management will be held in high regard, but not essential
- You may have a background in the legal sector, again this would be held in high regard, but is not essential
