We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our fulfillment team with the opportunity to grow into content creation. This unique role begins with mastering our fulfillment operations before expanding into becoming a face of our brand on social media.

**Role Development Path**:
Initial Phase - Fulfillment Focus
- Full-time warehouse operations
- Comprehensive coffee and operations training
- Must achieve fulfillment excellence before progression

Hybrid Phase (After fulfillment sign-off)
- 80% fulfillment / 20% content creation
- Video content production training
- Maintaining operational excellence

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision
- Create engaging video and social media content
- Host behind-the-scenes and educational videos
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Engage with online community

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 20kg regularly
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic video editing skills (or willingness to learn)
- Intermediate smartphone and computer proficiency
- Passion for coffee
- Clean driver's license and reliable transport

**Preferred Experience**:

- Warehouse or retail experience
- Previous content creation experience
- Social media management background
- Warehouse or retail experience
- Knowledge of coffee industry
- Experience with video editing software

Note: Content creation duties begin only after demonstrated excellence in fulfillment operations, typically 1-2 months.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.03 - $30.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
