**About the Role**

We are looking for **friendly, motivated, and energetic Floor Staff** to join our team on a **part-time basis**. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow within the **health, wellness, or fitness** industry.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience at the clinic.

All training provided, no prior experience needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and manage front desk operations (check-ins, check-outs, general support)
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle appointment bookings
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and in person
- Assist clients with our advanced **recovery equipment**, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
- Contribute to a positive and high-energy team culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- A warm, approachable personality with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn booking systems (training provided)
- A genuine interest in wellness, performance, or beauty industries
- Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive in helping out wherever needed
- Available for **part-time shifts**, with both **morning and evening shifts** on offer (flexibility preferred)
- Potential Sunday shifts to be confirmed upon.
