Supermarket Cashier

We are looking for **experienced cashiers. **Tobacco & cigarette service experience highly desirable.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a fast-paced role and there is a major focus on FRUIT & VEG.**

You will be responsible for but not limited to;
- The smooth & effective operation of the front end including
Serving customers, assisting with customer inquiries, keeping up with customer demands**:

- **Swiftly scanning and bagging items, in a fast manner**:

- **Identifying a variety of fruit bagged, placing on the scale, and using the POS System**:

- **Maintaining the cleanliness of the registers, shop floor/isles**:

- **Facing up/ stocking shelves when required

You should be a people person, energetic, and fun to be around. You will be well presented and well-spoken, communicating successfully with staff and customers are vital.

Please note: You must be available to work weekends and on a rotating roster within the hours of 8 am - 8 pm

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
