MKR Groups is a rapidly growing hospitality company with four restaurants and more on the way in Sydney.
**MAKI2093** is our new modern casual Japanese dining venue located in Balgowlah Heights (Northern Beaches).
Our menu features fresh sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and Japanese-inspired mains such as Wagyu steak, karaage, and teriyaki chicken—paired with a curated selection of wine, sake, and Japanese tea.

MAKI2093 offers a stylish and relaxed setting for locals to enjoy authentic Japanese flavours with warm hospitality.

**About Your Role**
We are looking for passionate **Front of House Staff** to join our opening team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm and professional table service to all guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with beverage service, including wine, sake, beer, and simple cocktails
- Ensuring smooth operations during service and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and floor staff

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience as waitstaff (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Fluent English
- Interest or knowledge in Japanese cuisine, sake, and wine preferred
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to grow

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
