We are on the search for a dynamic, passionate, self motivated person to join our Blended Health Bar Team. As the Store Manager you will be responsible for developing and motivating the team to give the best customer experience every single time. We want a motivational leader, who is business savvy, health conscious and driven.

**You will need to be**:

- Able to lead and manage a dynamic team
- Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time
- Able to work under pressure, problem solve and multi-task while giving exceptional customer service
- Delegate and roster team to ensure optimum sales, and maintenance of store.

**The successful applicant will be required to**;
- Flexible roster to manage the store weekdays and weekends, school holidays
- Day to Day Operations of Store
- Food Preparation and Execution
- Lead a team of 15-20 depending on season, delegate tasks as appropriate and lead by example
- Manage rostering of team using Deputy Software
- Facilitate and process the ordering and maintain budget for wages and stock
- Create and manage store promotions
- Maximise profit and optimise sales
- Visual merchandising for sale optimisation
- Team training and motivation.
- Barista Experience
- Cash reconciliation and cash handling processes
- Manage EPOS systems, Door Dash and other sales programs
- Ability to Execute and Manage Social Media and other marketing strategies is highly desirable
- Food Supervisor Supervision 1 and 2 (can be completed once employed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
