Established insurance practice growing at a good clip - expanded panel 'wins'
- Liability, workers comp and/or personal injury opportunities exist
- Resourcing of a national, but with local decision making, support teams
- As part of a large successful national insurance practice, the Perth insurance offering for this commercial firm is continuing to expand their market share
- Appointments to an increasing number of major panels is seeing them expand their team across insurance streams here in Perth
- Opportunities existing across workers comp, personal injury and/or liability fields
- To date, the team have been operating on more of a floating basis across lines and there remains opportunity for you if this is a preferred model
- The above successes though are now seeing an increased level of specialisation for their solicitor cohorts
- And also creating new progression pathways at the senior ranks, including complex professional indemnity, medical negligence, and commercial disputes for an insurer client base
- While a national firm, they have worked hard to ensure that Perth is genuinely part of the fold, avoiding the pitfalls of some of their contemporaries that can forget us here in the West (particularly in the relatively small insurance market)
- You can therefore expect excellent resourcing from the platform, as well as dedicated support services locally based here to make your day-to-day work-life easier
- Flexible working arrangements are offered, with balance across WFH and office based the standard

**About you**
- You will ideally bring 2 - 5 yrs’ PAE in defendant insurance, with a sound academic background
- Those nearing coming off their RP are also encouraged to reach out for a discussion
