**Description**:
The role
As an Employer Engagement Consultant your focus will be on providing ongoing support to customers and employers within the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, find and maintain sustainable employment outcomes.
With a caseload of customers ready for support, you will assist your frontline team members by building and maintaining employer networks, identifying, and closing labour gaps and supporting with workforce planning to create future opportunities for our customers
**Skills and Experiences**:
What do you need to thrive and succeed within this role?
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with customers, employers, internal and external stakeholders both face to face and over the phone
Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities
**We’re looking for someone who**:
Has well developed interpersonal, administrative and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, liaise and consult with a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results
