Job Title: Barista / Front of House All-Rounder - Part-Time & Casual

Location: Williamstown, VIC

About Us:
We are a vibrant, fast-paced café in the heart of Williamstown, known for our great coffee, quality food, and welcoming community vibe. We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Baristas / Front of House All-Rounders to join our team.

Positions Available:

- Part-Time (25-38 hours per week)
- Casual (Flexible hours available)

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
- Taking orders and handling POS transactions
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
- Assisting with food service and general front-of-house tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the café

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café
- Confident operating a commercial coffee machine and grinder
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Availability on weekends is essential
