**Your Role - Supporting & Encouraging Growth**:
At Lutheran Services, we are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to provide flexible, person-centered support to individuals living with disabilities.
**As a Support Worker, you will**:

- Provide flexible, support tailored to client needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement for individuals.
- Support skill development and independence-building activities.
- Work collaboratively with case managers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions.

**What You Bring**to** the Team**:

- Transferrable skills and/or study in a related field
- A strong passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- A valid **Queensland Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle**:

- A **valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card.**
