We are always on the lookout for our next inspiring leaders, and we are keen to hear from passionate and experienced Practice Managers/Optical Dispensers at all levels.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities

Be able to use your experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
Provide leadership to all support team so as to motivate them and create a positive, supportive atmosphere
Ensure excellence in front line reception and maintain a tidy practice environment to provide a positive overall patient experience.
Coordinate team members to ensure the completion of all tasks necessary to the smooth running of the practice

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or Leadership/Management experience in Optical/Retail is preferred
Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals.
