**Service Desk Analyst**:
**About the Position**:
We are currently seeking a Full

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for
- Providing accurate Incident resolution and Service Request management, with an aim to meet or exceed customer’s requirements and expectations;
- Effectively managing incidents and Service Requests ; ensuring information is captured in the Service Desk Call Management System for future reference and analysis, in line with ITIL principles;
- Liaising with Emeco internal support teams and external service providers as required to resolve Incidents and complete Service Requests, to ensure compliance with SLA’s and OLA’s;
- Facilitating the acquisition and installation of hardware and software for customers;
- Contributing to the development of an internal knowledge base; and
- Securely maintaining the IT/IS Operational and physical environments in line with corporate security policies, standards and work practices.

**Your Skills and Experience**:
To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate:

- Relevant Tertiary or Industry Certified Qualifications;
- Knowledge of ITIL Certification or relevant experience;
- Experience working in a service/ help desk role;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to enable effective identification and resolution of IT related issues;
- Experience in:

- IT Service Desk operations and incident management processes using a Call Management System
- using a Configuration Management Database System (CMDB)
- Active Directory environment
- using Desktop Remote Management Tools
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience in supporting Windows 10 desktop environments
- Good communication skills and a customer focused approach
- Experience working in a fluid, high pressure environment.
