**The Opportunity**

The Practice Partner Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of Practice Partners in a particular state/s. This role leads the state-based implementation of the National Quality Framework together with the G8 Early Learning and Education strategy through enabling data informed approaches to practice uplift, programme administration and coordination.

The Lead will ensure the state-based embedment of relevant federal and state-based requirements including any specific funded programs which may relate to kindergarten/pre-school delivery, workforce capability or other initiatives.

This role is Full-Time on a 12-month contract.

**Your day-to-day**

The Practice Partner Lead is accountable for practice improvement outcomes, ensuring the delivery of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Principles. This role requires strategic leadership collaborating with the state leadership team, local and centre based teams. The Lead works collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver on this purpose.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

- Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Full Teacher Registration/Accreditation or eligibility to attain
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- 5+ years’ experience working in the early childhood education and care sector
- Ability to lead and coordinate the development and delivery of adult education experiences that are founded in adult learning principles
- Ability to lead programme development and implementation to deliver quality improvement
- Flexibility to undertake frequent domestic travel as required from an operational perspective (as per the business requirements).
- Experience in using data insights to inform decision making and improve outcomes.
- Experience in leading teams driving change and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance of appropriate Working with Children checks relevant to state of operation
- _Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check_
