We’re seeking a **Practice Lead, Business Analysis** to join our **IT Product Delivery team** — a team dedicated to developing and enhancing digital products across diverse university business areas. This is an opportunity to lead with vision, build strong partnerships, and make a tangible impact.
***Your Role**

As the **Practice Lead, Business Analysis**, you’ll manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and UX Specialists, fostering collaboration and excellence.

In addition to leadership, you’ll operate as a Senior Business Analyst, directly contributing to projects by:

- Partnering with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business needs and challenges.
- Designing and implementing frameworks and tools to enhance business analysis practices.
- Facilitating the re-design of processes or systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bridging communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and success.

**About You**

You’re a leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation. With a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, you bring a can-do attitude and a team-first mindset. You have:

- Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts/UX Specialists and leading complex IT projects.
- A deep understanding of product management and software development life cycles.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and human-centred design practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency, including familiarity with AWS services and dynamic artefact creation (e.g., journey maps, user stories).

Preferred qualifications include TOGAF and COBIT certifications and experience in the higher education sector.
