The Role:
Based in Mascot, our headquarters energises and helps us thrive. Hence, the Operations Manager (Mascot) role is to imbibe our mission and strategy, then to visualise and materialise the environment to empower our people to safely create, collaborate and deliver.

Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders including the 5B leadership team, landlords, property managers and contractors.
- Lead and oversight the industrial site team, delivering and maintaining safe, dynamic and effective facilities, to enable short-cycle proto-typing in support of the Inception and Technology teams
- Lead HQ facilities team to ensure office spaces are vibrant and functional, aligned with 5Bs culture and mission.
- Develop facility and ‘5B space’ growth plans to foster and energise team engagement
- Direct and lead the establishment of 5Bs Clean Tech co-working space in the HQ building
- Enable and facilitate the organisation of events in 5Bs event spaces, bringing the industry to us
- Negotiate and manage new leases and lease renewals, in conjunction with the legal team as necessary
- With close support of the finance team, prepare, maintain, reconcile and administer budgets for the facilities
- Lead site operational and capital forecasts
- Sponsor or lead capital works projects
- Oversight of site security
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure facilities meet business requirements

Are you our next All-Star?
- You must be degree qualified in operations, facilities management, financial management or related disciplines
- Must have experience with operations and/or facilities management
- Experience with project management of minor capital works and contractor management is essential.
- Knowledge in safety management, incident reporting and risk mitigation
- Experience in financial management including forecasting, budgeting and reporting is a must.
