Responsible for a busy reception, we are seeking a customer focused administrator to respond to customer enquiries as the first point of contact for a well established construction and maintenance organisation located in Ipswich.

Key duties include:

- Providing associated administration tasks, data entry, filing/archiving, matching correspondence and invoicing to the accounts and operational team.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

- Previous aligned experience within a fast-paced office environment
- A strong customer service focus with well-developed communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Confidence learning and using new technology
- Accurate keyboarding skills

Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:00pm)
