**Your new company**
This well-respected insurance company, is searching for a People Leader to provide support to their Data Entry/Migration team. This is an ongoing Temporary placement, with the overall project expected to take approximately 2 years. This project has been created, as the business has recently changed their online system, and there is a lot of information that needs to be migrated to the new system. The People Leader will be tasked with monitoring the team and assisting with basic inquiries, organising training, offering support, and ensuring the team is functioning optimally. The team leader is also required to complete the same Data Entry/Migration tasks, as the rest of the team.

**Your new role**
- 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm (flexible)
- Entering Data and transferring data across multiple systems (online & CRM).
- Using templates to answer correspondence with clients & brokers.
- Provide recommendations to increase productivity, and improve processes.
- Documenting and filing jobs as they’re completed.
- Ad hoc administration.
- Organising training for current and future team members.
- Monitoring team member performance and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly tasks are being completed
- Assisting team members in prioritising their workload, offering guidance, advice and assistance etc.
- General team support and supervision.

- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Double vaccination.
- Need own computer (necessary programs will be provided).
