**Your new role**
- Provide Administration and customer service as directed by the Team Leader, Business Support and Administration in the administration, customer service and business support required for service delivery and contract management pertaining to the Engineering Operations Unit.
- Provide efficient, effective, accurate and timely administrative support to the Branch including correspondence and assisting with monthly reporting on relevant reporting systems.
- Undertake data entry and processing of information into Council's asset and management systems, including then preparation of work requests and orders for programmed, routine and reactive service delivery.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Data entry for traffic counts using conquest, GIS system (Training to be provided) as well as MS office.
- Knowledge or the ability to learn and understand the services, policies and procedures relating to Engineering Operations.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks, being able to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and professionalism in an environment of conflicting demands.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and with mínimal supervision.
