- Act as a key escalation point, proactively managing relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients, including both local and global Fund Managers.
- Drive policy governance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge, specifically in the managed funds space and financial services.
- Navigate conflicting deadlines with ease, drawing from your financial services background.
- Exhibit high attention to detail, coupled with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Demonstrate a strong background in people leadership with a track record of success.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and positive working relationships.
