We aim to position Munich Re Australia as the first port of call and discussion partner for our insurance and banking clients, regulators and our broker partners. We strive to be recognised as thought leaders and providers of large capacities by providing bespoke risk transfer solutions and creating long-term sustainable partnerships with our clients.

The Client Management team strengthens our existing client and broker relationships and develops new opportunities in line with our Non-Life strategy for Australasia. You will report to the Head of Client Management.

**Your Role**
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Australasia markets and clients, building close and viable relationships with clients and distribution partners
- Manage all client activities through leading a client team, including drawing and implementing client action plans and strategies
- Lead renewal processes and negotiate terms and conditions with clients and brokers in close collaboration with client teams and senior management
- Support the Head of Client Management and Head of Non-Life in overarching projects
- Prepare high-quality presentations (e.g. for client meetings, internal and strategy meetings and portfolio/ treaty analyses)
- Perform market segment and client analysis to identify business development opportunities
- Manage internal controls

**Your profile**
- 5 years+ (international) experience in Client Management or Property/ Casualty Underwriting, or a background in Consulting/ Project Management paired with a technical understanding of Reinsurance and major lines of business
- Developed networking skills, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Excellence in project management
- Ability and enthusiasm for business travelling
