**Introduction**:
Zenith Hotels is seeking 2 skilled leaders to join our growing hospitality group. We have two distinct roles available: one for an experienced operational Gaming leader for the Wagon Wheel Hotel in St Marys, NSW and the other for an accomplished operational leader at The Vineyard in Windsor, NSW.

**About you**:
As the 2IC in our venues, you will be a positive and passionate leader with a demonstrated history of managing day to day operations, nurturing and leading teams. You strive in an environment where you will report directly to the General Manager or Licensee while collaborating closely with the management team in the venue. You will be responsible for ‘hands on’ operations, supporting the teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers whilst complying with company policies and NSW legislative requirements.

As these are two very different venues, each 2IC role has different requirements:
The Vineyard has recently undergone extensive renovations to create the ultimate dining experience for families and friends. We’re not just a family friendly pub, we’re the heart and soul of North-West Sydney, the place for families and friends to come together. The initial renovations are just the start of our journey to become Western Sydney's newest and biggest super pub located on 77,000sqm of sprawling land.

To be successful in this role and help the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, we are looking for seasoned operational leader with extensive FOH experience in diverse venues including high volume F&B and gaming operations:

- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in venues with strong Food & Beverage, TAB and Gaming performance
- Demonstrated experience leading large dynamic teams fostering a culture that drives high performance and accountability
- Strong focus on compliance
- A strong eye for detail across all facets of the venue operations
- Experience using Deputy and IdealPOS would be advantageous
- Current NSW RSA/RCG

Wagon Wheel Hotel was established in 1859 and is one of the oldest pubs in Western Sydney. After a significant renovation, the venue boasts a modern, high end gaming room making it one of the most outstanding gaming rooms in the area. To be successful in this role and help the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, we are looking for someone with:
3 years experience in venues with a high gaming turnover
Extensive knowledge of NSW Gaming operations compliance
Ability to mentor and grow a small close knit team
Current NSW RSA/RCG
