**Job Description**:
As the Service Manager - Employment Fund, you will oversee and manage a team of Employment Fund Consultants, other day to day duties will include:

- Recruitment and selection;
- Induction, training and professional development of the team;
- Driving a high performing culture; and
- Ensure Employment Fund targets are achieved as set by the Centralised Support Manager - Claims
- Ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Comprehensive knowledge in Disability / Employment Services industry (contractual obligations, guidelines, management, and performance systems).
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites in an Employment Services business; and
- Hold a current driver's license.
