We are currently seeking a highly motivated and vibrant Junior Operations Assistant to join their Brisbane team based in Dara. This is a diverse position and best suited to a young ambitious professional who is looking to start their career and ready to learn all aspect of the business.

**Primary Objective**

In the position of Junior Operations Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multi task in an ever-changing environment.
- Reporting to Ops Manager
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting clients
- Data entry, invoicing, filling
- Updating Client Files
- Customer service work
- Administration duties

This is an excellent opportunity for an Junior Operations Assistant who is highly motivated, vibrant and enthusiastic and confident in their communication skills and enjoy working as an integral part of a team.
