We are currently seeking a highly motivated and vibrant Junior Operations Assistant to join their Brisbane team based in Dara. This is a diverse position and best suited to a young ambitious professional who is looking to start their career and ready to learn all aspect of the business.

**Primary Objective**

In the position of Junior Operations Assistant, you will bring excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, initiative to problem solve and multi task in an ever-changing environment.
- Reporting to Ops Manager
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting clients
- Data entry, invoicing, filling
- Updating Client Files
- Customer service work
- Administration duties
