Operations/Hire Controller | Brisbane

PremiAir is a fast-growing Hire/Service company that specialises in the hire, service and sales of air compressors, generators, lighting towers, message boards and traffic management systems as well as on-site fuel supply. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced person to join the Operations team at our state-of-the-art depot at Darra.

Reporting to the Brisbane Branch Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Yard duties to assist with preparation of equipment prior to hire
- Data entering of contracts
- Process contracts, delivery and collection notes
- Customer invoicing
- Assisting customers with pick-ups and returns (may include manual handling or use of Forklift)
- Various operations administrative functions carried out with high attention to detail
- Arrange purchase order numbers
- Maintain service records
- Filing
- Completing day sheets
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Logistic movements
- Any other appropriate duties as directed
- A valid manual driver’s licence (for occasional deliveries by ute)
- A valid Forklift License is preferred
- Previous experience in or knowledge of the Hire Industry, Transport or in a similar operations role would be advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills
- Be able to prioritise and have good time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Reliable and punctual
- A Can-Do attitude

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
- Operations Controller: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Forklift Operating: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Right to Work in Australia (required)
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (required)
