**Retail sales/Beauty advisor**

**Job description**
- Greet and direct customers
- Love Korea beauty products, Strong willing to explore trendy K-Beauty products
- Provide accurate information: product features, pricing; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products to meet sales target
- Team work, provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Stay up-to-date with new product/services
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks related
- Maintain records related to sales
- Stocking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold, Clean shelves, counters and tables

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in retail cosmetics and skincare
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Experience and/or qualifications in makeup artistry is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Be passionate; strong intention to sale

**Job Type**: Part-time
