**About the Position**:
To drive customer engagement across our digital services and maximise opportunities to generate new business, the Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator will manage and develop marketing campaigns to support business activity.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with a broad audience through social media for business purposes.
- Demonstrated ability using a content management system for website development.
- Demonstrated ability to design high quality marketing collateral.
- Ability to oversee the creation of marketing and promotion collateral.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Appetite to grow professionally and receive ongoing learning feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Current Level II First Aid qualification with current CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake a national police check
- Safeguarding Children Certificate - or preparedness to attain ** Desirable**:

- Qualifications and/or experience related to Digital Marketing and/or Social Media
- Qualifications and/or experience related to Graphic Design
