Who We're Looking For

You are an experienced Team Leader who:

  • Is not afraid to speak out. The standard you walk past, is the standard you accept. We want someone who has grit and resilience, who is kind and empathetic
  • Has a minimum 2 years experience as a Team Leader in an early childhood environment
  • Is qualified : You hold a diploma in early childhood education and care
  • Is team-oriented: You thrive in a positive culture and value respectful relationships
  • Is values-led: You live and breathe our WIRE values — WONDER, INTEGRITY, RESPECT, EMPOWERMENT
  • Is committed to growth: You're a lifelong learner, passionate about supporting children's development and your own
  • Is a clear communicator: You're organised and an excellent coordinator
  • Has a clear understanding of their obligations regarding Child Safe Standards.
  • Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Has a valid Working with Vulnerable People Card
