**About the role**

Bradfield Senior College has a number of exciting opportunities, full time and part time, to be part of the Student Experience Group.

The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for supporting the customer lifecycle process and providing a broad range of administrative support services to contribute to TAFE NSW strategic objectives, maximise student enrolments and support a culture of excellence in customer service.

You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You have the ambition and drive to succeed and have demonstrated experience in providing quality administrative support.
