We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our busy, local, friendly, cafe in Como. We are looking for someone who has strong barista skills and wanting to take their career to the next level. If you don’t yet have management skills, then we can help you grow into this position with the right attitude. We are looking for a friendly, bubbly team player who loves to be part of a community. You will need to be self motivated, flexible, reliable, be able to multitask, work independently, as well as part of a team. This role is a full time position, 5 days a week with weekend work. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
