Ten Minas Café is a 120-seater modern fusion café offering an excellent working culture and competitive salaries.
As we are three months away from opening our doors, we are seeking a Head Barista who will be leading the beverage team and running the day to day operations of the coffee bar. Your main responsibilities include:
- Prepare coffees and other beverages to a high standard of quality
- Coordinate orders for baristas and waiters
- Manage stock
- Maintain and clean coffee machine
- Training and development of junior staffs
- Experience as a senior or head barista
- Knowledge of grind adjustment vs dose vs extraction understanding
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Bartending experience (preferred)
- Valid RSA (preferred)
