**About the role**:
The Showroom Consultant is the initial point of contact for customers in their dealings with Multiform Stone Industries.

In this role you will be greeting customers and determining solutions to meet their specific needs through a one-on-one consultation.

You will be responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of the showroom and will utilise your people skills to nurture ongoing relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and build rapport with new and existing customers
- Maintain the professional appearance of the showroom
- Liaise with material suppliers to ensure adequate stock of point-of-sale material
- Assist customers by determining their needs and developing solutions to suit
- Liaise with the Sales Consultant to meet customer expectations and convert enquiries to sales
- Friendly and able to converse with a wide range of customers
- Attention to detail and able to multitask
- Interest in colours, patterns and textures a distinct advantage
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a tight knit team.
- Experience on Word and Excel preferred.
- Customer service and sales experience an advantage.

**Hours**:
30+ hours per week negotiable
