** Greate opportunity Start with assistant manager, and if successful, you'll get promoted to a Manager position in 6 weeks** We are looking for a Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our busy team in detail shop and carwash. In this role, you will be responsible for working under the manager's supervision to book customers' cars, sell different carwash and details shop packages, manage the team, arrange rosters, and close and open the shop Service Washing vehicles to the highest of standards. You must have at least a year of experience in this industry. We will provide professional training before you start. **Duties**: - Welcoming customers - Sale different carwash packages - Washing and cleaning cars - Parking Cars in Delivery Bays - Creating roster and managing the team - Meet different sales and KPI monthly The successful applicant will have: - Previous carwash experience - Ability to work well in a team and with limited supervision - Superb interpersonal skills - Strong eye for detail - Positive attitude, willing to learn - Excellent time management and hard working - A current driver's licences - holding a valid visa with work rights in Australia This position is Full time, five days a week, and comes with a fixed salary + commission +bonus.
