And, with a generous employee discount and impressive benefits, we’re pretty confident you’re going to love it here Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach, you will lead the team to ensure appropriate store set up and product placement as well as managing any campaigning installs and style management utilisation. You will also provide exceptional leadership through people development and feedback to elevate the Visual Merchandising team through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning. You’ll get to work with an amazing and supportive instore leadership team, from Head Coach to Athletes and anyone in-between WHAT YOU BRING: We are wanting to speak with talented retail leaders that can head up our Visual Merchandising department. To be successful in this role, you will bring; Your passion for the Nike brand Your previous retail leadership experience, with strong in store visual merchandising experience Your exceptional written and verbal communication Your time management skills Your ability to think on the fly WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
