Our new Head of Growth will work with the Founders and leadership teams to identify and implement best-in-class Product-Led Growth strategies. You will be responsible for leading, building and measuring growth initiatives; driving strong decision-making through quantitative results, qualitative research, and market insights; and put a plan into action to translate these into growth plays for the business.

Paperform is a Product-Led Growth company - product and marketing go hand in hand, and the lines between them are often blurred. We’re after someone who is obsessed with understanding and leveraging our existing revenue channels, and who has an eye for new opportunities.

This is a new role within the organisation, and you’ll be reporting directly to the Founders, and responsible for keeping marketing efforts aligned with wider product strategy. Think you’ve got the chops? Read on

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Provide strategic leadership with a whole-of-business perspective approach to growing Paperform.
- Champion Paperform’s brand: ensure brand consistency in all work produced, and that our mission and vision are at the heart of every decision and action.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans that deliver ambitious revenue goals.
- Be responsible for acquiring new leads and users, including ideation, execution, testing, analysis and scaling the best opportunities.
- Develop and implement data strategies to better understand and optimise customer metrics (e.g. NDR, ACV)
- Set, monitor and report key metrics to understand strategy performance.
- Create quarterly plans and produce quarterly reports with clear insights into what’s happening, why it’s happening, what challenges there are, and what opportunities are apparent.
- Own relevant KPIs and take responsibility for feeding back results to the wider organisation, along with contributing to forecasting and budgeting decisions.
- Coordinate the Growth budget.
- Communicate and champion product growth.
- Work with Product (CTO) to ensure that the right data infrastructure is in place to enable analysis of user behaviour, lifecycle, and targeted campaigns.
- Work with Product to come up with creative approaches to growth.
- Manage the Growth Team (currently 6, and growing).
- Hold Growth Team accountable for sound strategy and execution.
- Oversee hiring and employee reviews alongside the founders.
- Manage workflows and workspaces and documentation, process and procedures:

- Ensure best practices for general Growth team admin are well documented, implemented and maintained.
- Update, create, and maintain Growth policies and procedures alongside C levels and legal. For example, external contributor T&Cs.
- Collaborate with other team leads to create cross-functional best practices.

We’re looking for:

- An empowering leader that is highly skilled and has experience in B2B SaaS - Product Led Growth. Product and marketing at Paperform go hand in hand, and need to be aligned in strategy. We are not a sales led organisation. Understanding SaaS businesses is critical for this role.
- A demonstrated leader with experience in management of staff; people and process management is a big piece of this role, so you need experience with managing dynamics, coaching, and owning business processes.
- Someone who’s passionate about SaaS products and growth in digital business. You’ll need a proven track record of leading, ideating, and executing growth initiatives, and a demonstrated ability to use data to drive action.
- Holistic Strategy - we care about performance, but not at the expense of brand. When we have to choose, we’ll always prioritise the long game. We need a strong strategic brain when it comes to user growth and retention.
- An exceptional communicator with the demonstrated ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. You must have experience in brand and an understanding of how brand and customer relationships fuel growth.
