As the Clinical Consultant you will partner with Oracle Cerner client clinical stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements. As the Senior Clinical Consultant, you will identify organisational opportunities to improve quality of care and patient safety and influence client clinical workflow design strategy. You will also coach and mentor other clinical consultants and contribute to internal team value.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree **and/or** 4 years relevant work experience
- Plus 4 years completed higher education **and/or** additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:

- 2 years in licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 6 year’s people management work experience

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 5 year related work experience.
