We are currently seeking an energetic, customer obsessed individual to join the Front Office team as a **Guest Service Agent **at our beautiful **Seven Mile Beach **property.

**The Position**

Under the direction of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks on the reception desk from checking in and out Owners and guests, answering internal and external calls, responding to enquiries and providing information on the local area and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service to actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office/ Reservations role in a Resort/Hotel environment is essential
- Genuine passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Competent in computer systems (Opera experience an advantage)
- The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work between 7am to 11pm on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and school holiday periods
- First Aid & RSA an advantage
