**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**: Identify and assess customer needs through consultations and assessments. Provide expert technical support and guidance to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth. Tailor presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to address the specific needs of each client.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- **Technical Solutions**: Offer technical advice and support throughout the sales process. Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to customize solutions for specific customer requirements.
- **Sales Support**: Prepare and submit accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts. Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, including follow-up and post-sale support.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify new customer opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance performance.
- **Training and Development**: Educate customers on product use and benefits to ensure they maximize the value of their purchases. Continuously enhance your sales skills and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Address and resolve issues or concerns promptly to uphold positive customer relationships.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of retail jewellery sales is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and support their needs.
